#THE LOCKDOWN-CHEF

Hey, readers! As promised, we are back with some exciting new things that we want to share with you, on the “New World Order.” While empathizing with all the Covid-19 patients, and their families, I would like to remind you about a phrase from the 19th Century, “Life is a conundrum of esoterica.” This saying very correctly indicates that life is made up of nothing but ups and downs and our own choices. We should keep fighting and never give up on ourselves in the face of difficulty.

This war between COVID-19 and us has forced us to remain home, and give up our freedom. We must fight against this enemy with all our might, and train ourselves to do so against more problems to come. We should not lose hope. Rather, you should focus on the bright side.

These days, one can spend so much time with one’s family, strengthening the bond irrevocably. One can do so many activities at home with his or her family, like cleaning up, baking, cooking, playing board games, arts and crafts, and many more. I, personally, enjoy baking limitlessly. Over the last few weeks, I have made so many desserts, dishes, and cuisines, that once you know how many, you’d be surprised. Today, I, Arrush Sethi of the New World Order, will personally recommend to you a fantastic baking recipe that I enjoy to both make and eat.

ENGLISH BREAKFAST MUFFIN…

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 CUP OATS
  • 1 & 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
  • 2 TABLESPOON UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
  • 13 TABLESPOONS MILK
  • 1 PINCH OF SALT (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a blender, combine the oats, baking powder, and salt. Blend on high until finely ground.
  • Transfer to a bowl, add the applesauce and milk, and mix to form a sticky dough.
  • Place the dough on a ramekin and flatten.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes on high.
  • Let it cool for about 5 minutes before removing from ramekin.
  • Slice in half, toast, and enjoy!!!

This recipe is very quick, efficient, and delicious. Once I tried this recipe out, I loved it instantly, and I’m sure you will too. Trust me, it’s definitely worth a try!

Once again, I advise everyone to never lose hope in the face of difficulty, and keep fighting until this storm cloud passes. And trust me when I say, it will pass. So don’t just give up on yourself now. Keep fighting, keep climbing. After all, the best view comes after the hardest climb!

STAY HOME, STAY SAFE!

    1. Yes, you can use half a mashed banana, instead of applesauce. if you are making it in a greater quantity than mentioned in the recipe, add no more than one full banana.
